As part of your childs entry to the 2026 Junior Open on Monday 27th July - The below safeguarding & declaration form MUST be completed/submitted by the Competition closing date of 09/07/2026. Failure to do so will invailidate entry into the competition.

Photography: We may take photographs or receive photography from 3rd parties relating to the event which we may use to publicise and promote both the event and other Club related activities on the website, via social media, with county or governing bodies (i.e. Hampshire Golf and England Golf), with local news agencies. If you DO NOT wish us to retain any photography that identify your child, please inform us in advance of the event by email to: office@royalwinchestergolfclub.com.
