Booking System Code of Conduct

PLAY IS STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE TEE TIMES ON THE BOOKING SHEET

I understand that contravention of any part of this Code of Conduct will lead to disciplinary action which may result in a warning, suspension or exclusion from the club.
- I will not play unless I have a tee space booked - playing without a booked tee time is strictly forbidden. If I am replacing another player then it is my responsibility to ensure that the booking is amended before I play. The people playing must exactly match the booking.
- If late, I will not join a group on the course without notifying the Pro Shop
- I will not turn up on spec, in the hope of getting a game.
- If I am unable to fulfill my booked tee time I will either delete my name or notify the Pro Shop asap. No shows without prior notification are subject to disciplinary action unless there are extenuating circumstances, resulting in a week's suspension from bookings, and in competitions will attract an exclusion from the next 3 competitions.
- I will not abuse the online booking system by allowing my name, or by using another Member's name, to reserve a space for a Member who has reached their maximum rounds booked on the system.
- I will conform to the current Government guidelines regarding social distancing and will follow the rules regarding group size for the day of play or the competition entered.
- Before proceeding to the putting green and nets, one member of the group must check in with the Pro Shop.
- I have read and understand that I must follow the guidance and rules in the RWGC’s Stay Safe Play Safe document.
